Brief description: It is a web from the British Council focused on teachers' role since it contains a great variety of resources such as activities, lesson plans, tips, as well as useful articles, seminars, conferences and publications.

What it is useful for: It helps teachers to have a guidance during his/her job, to come up with new ideas and to be informed of related events.

What you liked the most: It provides teachers with worksheets to be downloaded for all levels.

What you disliked the most: Resources are classified by alphabetical order but not by categories.

  1. I really like this website because there are a lot of authentic resources! I also use the same webpage but for kids: http://learnenglishkids.britishcouncil.org/en/. This web contains appropiate short videos for first levels of ESO!

  2. I really like the site too because I find it very hard to find English teaching resources that are actually well organised. Although the activities are classified by alphabetical order I think that sometimes it is easier to find what you're looking for that way rather than by categories. As a matter of fact, I find that many resources that are very useful sometimes can't be used in an appropriate way because the information is all messed up!
    Besides, I also think that the lesson planning proposals can be extremely useful. Teachers have it so easy nowadays, everything is created already!
